Yayasan Pawiyatan Gita Patria (YPGP) selaku Badan Penyelenggara Universitas Narotama (UNNAR) mengangkat Hj. Rr. Iswachyu Dhaniarti DS, ST, M.HP sebagai Presiden Universitas, Dr. Arasy Alimudin, SE, MM sebagai Rektor, para Wakil Rektor, Dekan dan Kaprodi, serta Kepala Badan Penjaminan Mutu (BPM) untuk periode 2018-2022. Pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah jabatan Rektor dilakukan oleh Ketua YPGP H.R. Djoko Soemadijo, Rabu (5/9/2018) bertempat di Conference Hall UNNAR. Kemudian, Rektor Dr. Arasy Alimudin, SE, MM melakukan pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah kepada pejabat struktural jajarannya. 

Penandatanganan berita acara pengambilan sumpah disaksikan empat rohaniawan dan dua orang saksi yaitu Prof. Dr. H. Afdol, SH, MS, dan Dr. Tanujaya, SH, CN, MH. Acara tersebut dihadiri oleh Prof. Dr. H.R. Soedarso Djojonegoro, AIF (Dewan Penyantun UNNAR), Ir. Eddy Surohadi (Pembina YPGP), Dr. Ir. H.M. Budi Djatmiko, M.Si, MEI (Pembina YPGP), Soepomo SW, SH, M.Si (Pembina YPGP), dr. Ida Surohadi, Sp.KK dan Yatiningsih Madjid, SH, MH (Anggota YPGP), para dosen dan tenaga kepndidikan UNNAR. 

Pejabat struktural UNNAR periode 2018-2022 adalah Dr. M. Ikhsan Setiawan, ST, MT (Wakil Rektor I), Dr. I.A. Budhivaja, SH, MH (Wakil Rektor II), Dr. Sri Wiwoho Mudjanarko, ST. MT (Wakil Rektor III), Dr. Ir. Rr. Hermien Tridayanti, MM (Dekan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis), Dr. Rusdianto, SH, MH (Dekan Fakultas Hukum), Dr. Ir. Sementara itu, Rektor Dr. Arasy Alimudin, MM mengatakan akan melanjutkan Rencana Strategis (Renstra) Induk Pengembangan UNNAR yang telah tersusun sampai tahun 2025. Sebagai Rektor baru, Dr. Arasy Alimudin akan melanjutkan Renstra III, yaitu penguatan daya saing global. Renstra III ini telah berjalan sejak 2016 dan ditargetkan tercapai pada 2020. Karena beliau menjabat mulai 2018, maka pihaknya akan melanjutkan program yang sudah berjalan dan menambah program yang dibutuhkan kedepan. [nar]

The city of Jakarta as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015 the number of motor vehicles as many as 17,523,967 units dominated by two-wheeled vehicles with the amount of 13,084,372 units. It was followed by private cars with 3,226,009 units, 673,661 units of freight cars, 362,066 units of buses and 137,859 units of special vehicles, while the road growth was only 0.01 percent so it was not comparable with the number of vehicles. One way to break down congestion in Jakarta is the reduction in the number of motor vehicles such as three in one for four-wheeled vehicles, the implementation of electronic road pricing (ERP), and the reduction in the number of motorcycles. The reduction in the number of motorcycles aims to reduce traffic density while reducing the number of traffic accidents

Pengaruh Penggunaan Lahan Perkotaan Terhadap Temperatur

Description: 

Dampak pembangunan yang pesat terutama di kota besar, meningkatkan penggunaan lahan perkotaan untuk industri, pembangunan gedung dan perumahan, perluasan jalan yang diserttai peningkatan kendaraan bermotor dan makin berkurangnya - lahan kosong pertanian. Adakah interaksi kenaikkan temperatur dengan perubahan penggunaan lahan perkotaan tersebut. Dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi menunjukkan interaksi yang kuat antara penggunaan lahan perkotaan dengan temperatur. Dari hasil cek tersebut dibuat suatu model interaksi - untuk melakukan pengukuran pengaruh perubahan Perubahan lahan perkotaan terhadap temperatur Surabaya di masa kini maupun di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini kiranya dapat dilanjutkan dengan menambah variabel-variabel pendukung peningkatan temperatur sehingga didapat hasil yang lebih sempurna.

Master Piston Kopling Starlet Bocor

Kerusakaan pada master kopling mengakibatkan perpindahan perpindahan gigi kopling. Penyebabnya master kopling bocor,sehingga tidak dapat menekan garpu kopling. Master kopling bocor disebabkan piston dan seal master kopling sudah aus termakan usia. Atau bisa juga karena kotoran yang masuk dan merusak seal kopling.
Cara mencegah kerusakaan pada master kopling kita harus melakukan perawatan. Cara mengganti minyak rem pada master kopling setiap 40.000km. Jaga master kopling terutama master bagian bawah mudah rusak dikarenakan kotoran lebih mudah masuk ke master kopling.

Abstract

Public-private partnership (PPP) project's arrangement involves many participants with complex transactions and diverse interests at 5 different project stages. Especially in the project financing perspective, this arrangement creates the entire project evaluation process prone to take an extensive period before reaching financial closure. The importance of utilizing financial model as a tool for project evaluation and negotiation is highlighted in this study. 26 input assumptions and 16 output variables have been identified through comparison study of three PPP financial models, and their significances were verified based on pilot studies in India and the UK and expert opinion solicited worldwide through a structured questionnaire survey. SPSS program was used to evaluate the survey responses. The best practice PPP financial model was identified quantitatively by the agreement of four groups of stakeholders (i.e. sponsors, authorities, lenders, and consultants) upon the most preferred financial input and output indicators.
